Crepes are the foundation of so many wonderful dishes and desserts! Sweet crepes can be filled with jam, nutella, chocolate, fruit, whipped cream, custard… there are so many variations. Last year, I visited the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Plantation in Hilo, Hawaii.
